I’m Omar Hussein, a senior Mobile Software Engineer with over a decade of experience in building and scaling cross-platform applications. My focus is on Flutter, but I bring a full-stack perspective that allows me to handle projects end-to-end, from architecture and backend integrations to polished UI/UX that users love.
Over the years, I’ve delivered production-ready apps across iOS, Android, and Web, leading them from concept to launch on the App Store and Google Play. My work spans fintech, healthtech, and consumer apps, where I’ve consistently helped companies turn ambitious ideas into reliable, scalable products.
I’ve also mentored and led engineering teams, growing more than ten developers into high-performing Flutter engineers. My leadership includes conducting code reviews, defining clean architectures, setting up CI/CD pipelines, driving pair programming, and ensuring teams follow best practices that balance speed with quality.
My technical toolbox includes Flutter, Dart, Firebase, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, CI/CD, third-party SDK integrations, and Git. I’m also highly skilled at translating Figma designs into interactive, pixel-perfect experiences and building modular, reusable packages that speed up development.
